Ken Allen Ken Allen
  Senior Vice-President of Supply Chain and Logistics, H-E-B

Attended the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated in 1976 with a B.B.A. in general business and an emphasis in finance and accounting. After graduation Ken joined H-E-B in the Store Management Trainee program in Austin and was promoted to Store Director in 1978.

In 1980, Ken was selected to attend the University of Southern California Food Industry Management Program as the H-E-B student representative.  While attending U.S.C., Ken was elected President of the 1980 – 81 F.I.M. class.  He earned his M.B.A. at U.S.C. in the fall of 1981.

In his thirty-two years with H-E-B, Ken has held positions in Store Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, and Distribution.  Ken’s current assignment is Sr. Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics, which places him over San Antonio and Houston Retail Support Centers, as well as all Transportation Operations.
