Currently Executive Director, J.P.Morgan's Infrastructure Advisory Group,  Ms. Garvey also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bi-Partisan Policy Center and is a member of its National Transportation Policy Project which is focused on creating and ensuring framework for the next transportation bill and beyond.  Prior to her work in the private sector, Jane was 14th Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) nominated by President Clinton and confirmed by the Senate in 1997.  She also serves as Deputy Federal Highway Administrator, where she developed the Innovative Financing Initiative which enabled states to more effectively leverage federal dollars.  She also served as Director of Logan International Airport and Commissioner of Massachusetts Department of Public Works.
