SP247-004	PDF	RTF	- For project 0086-14-075 in Webb County. Item 247, ''Flexible Base'' of the Standard Specifications is amended with respect to Section 5.2., ''Cubic Yard in Stockpile,'' and Section 5.3., ''Cubic Yard in Final Position.'' One-Time Use.
SP247-003	PDF	RTF	- This special provision adds certification requirements when utilizing Contractor's test results for consideration of acceptance, use of SiteManager templates, obtaining samples, referee test requirements and ride quality requirement modifications. Required for all projects using Flexible Base beginning with the September 2018 letting. Statewide Use.
