2014 English Special Provisions to Item 008 - PROSECUTION AND PROGRESS (Statewide & Districtwide, Current)

SP008-054	PDF	RTF	- Item 8, ''Prosecution and Progress'' of the Standard Specifications is amended with respect to Article 3., ''Computation of Contract Time for Completion.'' Required for all projects using ''Prosecution and Progress,'' beginning with the September 2023 letting. Statewide Use.
SP008-045	PDF	RTF	- Supplemented sections in Article 8.6., Failure to Complete Work On Time.'' Required when lane closure assessment fees are utilized. Replaces 2014 SP 008-017 beginning with the December 2021 letting. Replaces SP008-017 . Statewide Use.
SP008-033	PDF	RTF	- With this special provision, Article 8.7.2., ''Wrongful Default,'' of the standard specifications and Special Provision 008-023 are voided and replaced. Required on all contracts beginning with the April 2019 letting. Voids and replaces 008-023. Replaces SP008-023 . Statewide Use.
SP008-030	PDF	RTF	- Revises Standard Item 8 to address the Prime Contractors' responsibility for requiring their Subcontractors participation in E-verify. Required for all projects beginning with the April 2018 letting. Statewide Use.
SP008-010	PDF	RTF	- Replaces Article 8.1 to allow work to begin 180 days after authorization. Requires Specification Committee approval prior to use. Do not use with SP008-002, SP008-003, SP008-004, SP008-005, SP008-009, or SP008-011. Statewide Use.
SP008-009	PDF	RTF	- Replaces Article 8.1 to allow work to begin 150 days after authorization. Optional for all projects beginning with the February 2015 letting. May be used as OTU without further request until SW-SP is approved. Do not use with SP008-002, SP008-003, SP008-004, SP008-005, SP008-010, or Sp008-011. Statewide Use.
SP008-006	PDF	RTF	- Provides for incentives using Road-User Cost or Contract Administration Liquidated Damages and disincentives using Road-User Cost. May be used at the districts option. (2004 008-069) Statewide Use.
SP008-005	PDF	RTF	- Replaces Article 8.1 and 8.3 to identify an asphalt season. Optional for all projects beginning with the January 2015 letting. May be used as OTU without further request until SW-SP is approved. For surface treatment, asphaltic concrete overlay, and microsurfacing contracts only. Do not use with SP008-002, SP008-003, or SP008-004. Statewide Use.
SP008-004	PDF	RTF	- Replaces Article 8.1 to allow work to begin 120 days after authorization. Optional for all projects beginning with the January 2015 letting. Use of this SP requires approval. Do not use with SP008-002, SP008-003, or SP008-005. Statewide Use.
SP008-002	PDF	RTF	- Replaces Article 8.1 to allow work to begin 60 days after authorization. Optional for all projects beginning with the January 2015 letting. May be used as OTU without further request until SW-SP is approved. Do not use with SP008-003, SP008-004, or SP008-005. Statewide Use.
