| SP006-009 | RTF | CONTROL OF MATERIALS - Build America, Buy America provision requiring Manufactured Products, Iron or Steel products, and Construction Materials manufactured in the United States. Manufactured Products require the final assembly to occur in America. Required on all federal projects beginning with the December 2025 letting. For applicability questions, please contact the Design Division Final PS&E Processing Section. It will also replace the current statewide SP 006-005, effective December 2025. Replaces SP006-005 . | SP006-017 | RTF | CONTROL OF MATERIALS - Implements Phase 2 of the Buy America requirements for Manufactured Products, including final assembly in the United States and a domestic component cost exceeding 55 percent. It also adopts the terminology Federal Domestic Materials Program (FDMP). Required on all Federally-aid projects federally obligated on or after October 1, 2026, which is equivalent to the December 2026 state letting and forward Statewide Use. | |
