Scientific Services Projects - RFP: Environmental Stormwater Services #57-1RFPM001

TxDOTâ€™s Environmental Affairs Division (ENV) is soliciting proposals for up to four (4) indefinite delivery contracts pursuant to the Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 223, Subchapter D, and 43 TAC Â§Â§9.80-9.88. The services to be acquired include: environmental storm water services required under federal and state statutes as set forth in Sections 402 and 303 of the Clean Water Act (Title 33 of United States Code, Chapter 26, Subchapter I, Â§Â§1251-1387), 30 Texas Administrative Code 213, and other statutes and regulations related to compliance with storm water environmental standards.

Potential providers may receive a copy of the Request For Proposals (RFP) by submitting a letter of interest (LOI) to ENV, by downloading from the TxDOT web page or by downloading from the Electronic Business Daily. The LOI must contain the RFP number. Potential providers downloading the RFP should notify ENV in accord with the instructions on the cover sheet of the RFP. The deadline for receiving proposals is 12 noon on May 18, 2011.
