Statewide Toll System Integration and Maintenance - Draft RFP

TxDOT is exploring options for procuring services from a prime vendor with the ability to provide high quality statewide toll system integration and maintenance, to include the development, infrastructure design coordination, construction, implementation and system testing of one or more project segments, and the maintenance of the project segments.

The goal of this procurement is to collect toll revenue with a highly effective open road toll collection process and to reduce costs through efficient maintenance processes and proven technical applications. This includes costs associated with the maintenance of both mixed-mode (cash and electronic) and open road toll facilities.

Individual pre-proposal teleconference deadline - Oct. 7, 2011 at 5 p.m.
Pre-proposal teleconference meetings will be scheduled the week of Oct. 17 - 21, 2011
