In Taylor, from US 79 and FM 397 junction eastward to US 79, east of Taylor, a distance of approximately 3.7 miles. (Williamson County) As requested by district, mileage transferred from SL 427.

(No change to description.)  (Williamson County)  At District’s request, removed segments of BU 79-B, along Fourth, Talbot, Second, and Porter Sts, a total distance of approximately 0.3 mile and designated a segment of BU 79-B concurrent with SH 95 along Main St from Fourth to Second St, a distance of approximately 0.1 mile.

In southern Taylor, concurrent with SH 95 from US 79 northward approximately 1.1 miles to Fourth Street, then eastward to US 79, a total distance of approximately 2.7 miles. (Williamson County) Description revised to remove an approximate 1.5 mile segment along Second Street from the US 79 and FM 397 junction east to SH 95, which was transferred to the city; and to add a concurrent designation with SH 95 along Main Street from US 79 northward to Second Street, approximately 1.1 miles.

In the city of Taylor, a segment of BU 79-B was removed from the state highway system from SH 95 eastward to US 79, a distance of approximately 1.5 miles. Control, jurisdiction, and maintenance were transferred to the city of Taylor. Additionally, the concurrent designation of BU 79-B was removed along SH 95 from E 4th Street to US 79. The removal of the concurrency was not included in the Minute Order language, but it was outlined in the Minute Order Map (Exhibit A of the Minute Order). The result is that the entire designation of BU 79-B was removed from the state highway system. (Williamson County) Removal of Designation (Entire Route)
