From SH 10 approximately 10.1 miles north of Whitesboro eastward via Gordonville and southward via Sadler to US 82, a distance of approximately 12.7 miles. (Grayson County)  Section from Whitesboro northward to a point approximately 1.3 miles west of Gordonville transferred to SH 10, a decrease of approximately 10.1 miles. (System Transfer) FM 1282 canceled and combined, adding approximately 11.4 miles a net increase of approximately 1.3 miles.

From FM 902 near Ethel northward to US 82 approximately 2.1 miles east of Whitesboro and from another point on US 82 northward via Sadler to Gordonville thence northwestward, a total distance of approximately 26.0 miles.  (Grayson County)  Extended southward approximately 6.4 miles from US 82 to FM 902 and northwestward approximately 7.0 miles from a point on SH 10 approximately 1.2 miles west of Gordonville.
