From SH 54 at Van Horn, northeastward to 12.7 miles south of FM 652; and then from another point on FM 2185, 6.2 miles south of FM 652, northward to FM 652, a total approximate distance of 73.2 miles. (Culberson County) Section of approximately 6.5 miles, from 12.7 miles south of FM 652, northward to 6.2 miles south of FM 652, removed from the State Highway System and returned to Culberson County for jurisdiction and maintenance.
