From US 271, approximately 1.0 mile south of the Camp/Titus County Line, southwestward to FM 1520, a distance of approximately 2.2 miles.  (Camp County)  New Designation.

North of the city of Pittsburg and approximately 1.0 mile south of the Camp and Titus County line, the entire designation of FM 3535 was redesignated on the state highway system as SL 255 from FM 1520 northeastward and eastward to US 271, a total distance of approximately 2.5 miles.
