From the junction of Business 77 north of Raymondville to the limits of access control north of the United States-Mexico International Border Crossing Complex, a distance of approximately 53.3 miles. (Willacy and Cameron Counties)
From the existing I-69E terminus in Robstown to south of FM 892 concurrent with US 77, a distance of approximately 1.6 miles.
In and near the city of Robstown, IH 69-E was designated on the state highway system concurrently with US 77 from the existing IH 69-E terminus located 0.4 mile south of FM 892 to approximately 0.6 mile south of FM 2826, a total distance of approximately 3.3 miles. North of the city of Raymondville, IH 69-E was designated on the state highway system concurrently with US 77 from the existing I-69E terminus, approximately 0.6 mile north of Conley Road, to approximately 1.2 miles north of the Willacy/Kenedy County line, a total distance of approximately 5.6 miles.
