In and near the city of Florence, a segment of SH 195 was designated on a new location on the state highway system from approximately 1.6 miles north of SH 138 southward to approximately 1.2 miles south of FM 970, a distance of approximately 3.9 milesa. The corresponding former alignment of SH 195 was redesignated as Business SH 195-H from approximately 1.6 miles north of SH 138 southward to approximately 1.2 miles south of FM 970, a distance of approximately 4.8 milesb. Additionally, between the cities of Florence and Georgetown, a segment of SH 195 was designated on a new location on the state highway system from the intersection of County Road 241 southward to the former alignment of SH 195, approximately 0.5 mile south of Pecan Branch Road, a distance of approximately 2.2 milesa. The corresponding former alignment of SH 195 was redesignated as State Spur 376 from the intersection of County Road 241 southward to the new alignment of SH 195, approximately 0.5 mile south of Pecan Branch Road, a distance of approximately 2.1 milesb. Additionally, between the cities of Florence and Georgetown, another segment of SH 195 was designated on a new location on the state highway system from the former alignment of SH 195, approximately 1.0 mile northwest of Ronald Reagan Road, southeastward to the former alignment of SH 195, approximately 0.9 mile southeast of Ronald Reagan Road, a distance of approximately 1.9 milesa. The corresponding former alignment of SH 195 was redesignated as State Spur 377 from the new alignment of SH 195, approximately 0.7 mile northwest of Ronald Reagan Road, southeastward to the new alignment of SH 195, approximately 0.6 mile southeast of Ronald Reagan Road, a distance of approximately 1.3 milesb.
