In the city of Mission, from FM 1016 southeast and eastward to FM 3072, then southeastward to US 281, a total distance of approximately 14.3 miles. (Hidalgo County) Route designation was extended from FM 3072 southward approximately 1.6 miles to US 281.

Spanning multiple cities through Hidalgo County, the designation of SH 365 was cancelled on the state highway system from FM 1016, approximately 1.7 miles south of US 83, eastward to FM 3072, approximately 0.9 mile west of FM 2557, and then southward to US 281, a total distance of approximately 14.31 miles. The portions of Minute Orders 112250 and 113199 which designated SH 365 within these limits were rescinded. The project is intended to proceed as the 365 Tollway under the jurisdiction of the Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority and is approved to connect to the state highway system.
