Prairie View College Loop - From-a point on US 290 southeast of Hempstead to Prairie View College, and thence northward through the campus to the intersection of a county road, and including a loop beginning at present termination of SS 96 extending westward for a distance of 1580 feet, and from a point 1380 feet west of the present terminus, northward for a distance of 1050 feet, thence eastward to intersect the SS extension 1050 feet north of the present terminus.  (Waller County)  SS extended and SL through college grounds added.
