Houston Loop - From a point on US 90 west of Houston and east of Post Oak Rd, thence northeastward to a connection with US 290, thence eastward through the north side of Houston along or in the vicinity of 29th St, Linder St, and Stonewall St, thence to a connection with US 90 east of Houston, including such connections as are necessary to serve SH 73 east of Houston.  (Harris County)  New Designation.
