Del Rio Spur - From US 277 in Del Rio to the International Bridge.  (Val Verde County)  New designation, formerly a section of US 277 and identified in description of US 277 as a spur connection to the International Border at Del Rio.

From US 277 (Garfield St & Ave F) in Del Rio, southwestward along Garfield St & Las Vacas Rd, approximately 2.6 miles to Rio Grande Ln.  (Val Verde County)  Redescribed due to relocation from Las  Vacas Rd to Rio Grande Ln.

In Del Rio, from US 277 southwestward along Garfield St and Las Vacas Rd approx. 3.4 miles to Rio Grande Lane. (Val Verde County)  Approx. 0.8 mile of US 277, from new location of US 277 at San Felipe Creek, southwestward to SS 297 (Ave F), transferred to SS 239.

From US 90/US 277 and SS 297, westward along Gibbs Ave past Cordona St, then southward on new location to US 277 Spur, then along US 277 Spur to the International Bridge, a distance of approx. 2.75 miles. (Val Verde County)  At District's request, present concurrent routing of US 277 Spur and SS 239 is eliminated from the State Highway System, from US 277 southwestward along Garfield St and Las Vacas Rd approximately 3.4miles to Rio Grande Ln.
