The Texas Department of Transportation welcomes you to attend the International Highway Engineering Exchange Program's (I-HEEP) 2009 Conference. The 2009 Conference will be held in San Antonio, Texas at the Westin Riverwalk Hotel beginning September 27 and running through October 1.

IHEEP is an international not-for-profit organization created to promote the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practice methods of how technology is used in the transportation engineering industry. The HEEP Organization consists of Engineers and Information Technology staff from US State Departments of Transportation (DOTs), Canadian Province DOTs, and Eastern European Transportation Officials, as well as representatives from private Consulting Engineering Companies, Municipal Highway Departments and transportation related Technology Vendors.

The 2009 IHEEP Conference is an excellent opportunity for transportation consultants and technology partners to promote their products and services through direct discussions with conference attendees. This year, we are offering multiple opportunities to provide visibility for your company, which at the same time, would help guarantee a successful conference. We hope you will decide to become involved in IHEEP and to participate in our conference.
